Report Emails: Deliver Risk Results Automatically
Report emails are sent immediately after a user completes an HRA—delivering a direct link to their personalized risk report. This is often the user’s first follow-up interaction, arriving in their inbox moments after completing the assessment.
These emails are simple to configure, customizable to match your branding, and a powerful part of your nurture strategy.

What Are Report Emails?
- Triggered automatically upon HRA completion, if the user opts in
- Delivered immediately with a secure link to the user’s risk report
- Often seen by users before any follow-up emails or CTAs are engaged
- Helps reinforce trust and value in your brand

How to Customize Report Emails
- Navigate to the Emails tab
- Filter by Email Type: Report
- Use the default provided template or copy it to create a custom version
- Customize:
- Subject line & sender name
- Headline and body content
- CTA button text
- Brand color and banner image
- Footer content (pulled from your Customization Settings)

⚠️ Important: Keep the {REPORT_LINK} variable in the button URL to ensure each user gets their personalized link to view their risk results.
Assigning a Custom Report Email
To make your custom version live:
- Go to the Customize HRA > User Action Emails section
- Select your custom email under the Report Email dropdown
- Click Save and Publish

Once active, any opt-in will appear in the Engagement Queue dashboard for follow-up.
Best Practices
- Keep language warm, clear, and action-oriented
- Use a branded banner image and color scheme
- Reiterate your primary CTA within the email content
- Ensure your contact info is accurate and up to date
- Combine with follow-up emails for a complete nurture journey
