Remarketing Emails: Re-Engage Drop-Offs & Boost Completions

Remarketing emails help you re-engage users who start—but don’t finish—an HRA. These emails are automatically triggered based on dropout behavior and can be sent at any cadence you choose, helping you recover leads and maximize the ROI of your campaign investments.

Why Use Remarketing Emails?

    • Recover lost leads and improve completion rates
    • Guide users back to the exact question where they dropped off
    • Strengthen performance of paid search, social, and display campaigns
    • Works automatically in the background after setup

Best Practices

  • Use short, clear subject lines (e.g., “Still curious about your heart health?”)
  • Include a visual CTA button with a direct path back
  • Send your first reminder within 1–2 hours of dropout
  • Use tone and branding that reinforce urgency and trust
