Scheduling Reports: Automate Insights to Your Inbox
The Schedule Reports feature lets you receive regular reporting updates without needing to log into the Console. This is especially useful for busy stakeholders who want visibility into HRA performance at a glance—whether by service line, HRA type, or full program.

Why Use Scheduled Reports?
- Keep stakeholders informed without console access
- Automate reporting for quarterly reviews or monthly recaps
- Tailor report content to specific roles (e.g., service line leads, marketing teams)
- Reduce manual reporting workflows
How to Set Up a Scheduled Report
- Navigate to the Reports tab
- Click Schedule Reports in the left-hand menu
- Click Add Scheduled Report

From there, configure the following:
Name Your Report
Give your report a clear name (e.g., “Heart HRA Monthly Performance”)
Select HRA Scope
Choose whether to run reports across:
- All HRAs
- A specific HRA (e.g., Heart, Diabetes, Lung Cancer)
Choose Report Content
Pick the type of report you’d like to receive:
- Performance
- Performance Comparison
- Traffic Source
- Demographics
💡Hover over the tooltip in the Console to read short summaries of each report type.
Set Your Frequency
Choose when and how often to send:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly
- Pick the day and time (e.g., 1st of the month at 7:00 a.m.)
What You'll Receive
You’ll get a secure email containing:
- A downloadable PDF version of the report
- A summary of the report title, date range, and data source
- Delivery will continue automatically unless canceled
Best Practices
- Schedule reports by audience (e.g., service-line-specific for clinical leads, full program for marketing)
- Use monthly or quarterly cadences for executive or board-level rollups
- Name reports consistently to keep your dashboard organized
