About HRA Integrations

Unlock HRAs can be configured to integrate seamlessly and securely with various systems within your organization, simplifying data sharing across platforms.


CRM Integrations

As an additional service, you can add built-in CRM integrations (Customer Relationship Management) to your Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). This allows you to add users from your HRAs directly to a CRM system. We currently support two types of integrations: a real-time API integration and a batch process integration via SFTP.

Why Use a CRM Integration?

A CRM integration allows your organization to:

  • Add contact info, demographic info, self-reported health info, and other segmentation criteria to your database. This info enriches the data you have about your consumers and patient populations.

  • Incorporate users from HRAs into existing marketing campaigns running from your CRM system.

  • Match records from your HRAs with billing data to calculate your actual ROI.

How Real-Time CRM API Integrations Work

Real-time API CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system as users complete an HRA. Data is sent over an encrypted (secure) connection to the CRM vendor. This data is used to create a new contact record, which typically includes the user’s contact information and primary result information. The exact information provided will vary depending on the CRM system your organization uses.

How Batch Process CRM Integrations Work

Batch Process CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system at scheduled intervals through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This interval could be nightly, weekly, or monthly depending on your CRM vendor. The data is then processed by your CRM vendor and appended to your CRM database. At a minimum, a user’s contact information and primary result information will be provided. The exact information provided will vary, depending on the CRM system.

Supported CRM Integrations

Salesforce Health Cloud 
Automatically create new leads in Salesforce Health Cloud when consumers complete the HRA. The Lead record is populated with contact info, demographic info and and risk results. You will need to add custom fields to your Lead object in Salesforce Health Cloud if you wish to receive HRA-specific data elements. 

WebMD Ignite Growth Platform
Upon submission, data from your HRAs will be sent to WebMD Ignite CRM for integration into your prospects or patient populations. This allows you to target those individuals in marketing campaigns directly from the WebMD Ignite CRM. 

Personify  
Automatically transmit contact information and risk level from HRAs directly to your Personify CRM system. 


Marketing Automation Integrations

As an additional service, you can add built-in marketing automation integrations for your Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) to allow you to add users from your HRAs directly to a unified nurturing program.

How It Works

All marketing automation integrations work by sending data across in real-time to:

  • Create a contact with contact information, basic demographic information, and primary result information in your marketing automation database.
  • Add the new contact to a specific list based on their risk result information.  This list can be associated with an automated nurture program that you specify.

Supported Marketing Automation Platforms

Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Automatically export email addresses and additional data from HRAs to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud system. 
 

Marketo 
Automatically export email addresses from HRAs to your Marketo lists.

ActiveCampaign
Automatically export email addresses from HRAs to your ActiveCampaign lists. 


Other Supported Integrations

In addition to CRM and marketing automations platforms, other types of add-on integrations are also supported. These include Outreach & Engagement and Web Form Automation platforms.

How It Works

Integrations work by sending data across in real-time to:

  • Automatically transfer user contact information/risk level to the platform for phone call or other follow-up
  • Automatically enroll users to receive newsletters or other patient engagement

Supported Outreach and Engagement Platforms

Private Health News
Automatically enroll users in your Private Health News My Health e-News e-newsletter. Health topics are pre-selected based on the HRA taken and the answers provided. 
 

Care Sherpa
Automatically transfer information to Care Sherpa for patient engagement. 

Carenet Health
Automatically transfers HRA data to Carenet Health for patient engagement and referrals via follow up phone calls.

Supported Web Form Automation Platforms

Formstack
Automatically transmit contact information and risk level from HRAs directly to any Formstack form.
