Secondary & Tertiary CTA Options

Secondary and tertiary calls to action (CTAs) support the participant’s journey beyond the primary CTA. They provide education, engagement, and personalization without overwhelming the participant.

  • Secondary CTA: A general, supportive next step such as education, engagement, or cross-promotion.
  • Tertiary CTA: A hyper-personalized action triggered by participant responses in the HRA.
